Position Summary
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for turning ideas into high-impact educational content? The 10X Business Academy is looking for a Video Production Manager/Editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp creative eye, and can bring our training experiences to life through exceptional video production.
In this role, you'll own the full video production cycle—from pre-production planning and live studio filming to post-production editing and animation. You’ll work alongside top-tier educators and business strategists to transform our course material into engaging, educational, and visually dynamic content that drives learning and action.

- The final course videos are polished, professional, and maintain high levels of viewer engagement while clearly delivering educational content.
- Filming schedules are executed efficiently, equipment is maintained in top condition, and post-production processes stay on track and on time.
- Video content consistently showcases creative excellence, using innovative editing techniques, motion graphics, and animation to enhance the learning experience.
- All video content reflects the 10X brand’s tone, visual identity, and storytelling standards, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- The production manager/editor is recognized as a trusted, go-to creative partner by content creators, marketers, and operational teams.
- Oversee all phases of video creation, including planning, filming, lighting, sound, and directing talent.
- Manage studio equipment setup, recording, and live video operations.
- Use expert-level editing skills to craft compelling, educational video content with clear messaging and pacing.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to reinforce learning and drive retention.
- Maintain a consistent visual standard across all video content.
- Build templates, workflows, and systems to scale content production efficiently.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with new styles and formats that enhance viewer engagement.
- Analyze video performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements.
- Mastery in operating studio cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for professional in-studio and on-location shoots.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to create clean, compelling, and engaging video content.
- Ability to design and integrate motion graphics and animations that elevate educational content and viewer engagement.
- Deep understanding of video formatting, color grading, sound mixing, and exporting for various platforms.
- Ability to turn educational scripts and raw footage into dynamic, narrative-driven videos that hold attention and drive comprehension.
- Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Works well with content teams, instructors, and leadership to bring ideas to life and align production with business goals.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Video Editor position
