We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and experienced Day-to-Day Manager to join our client, the core team of an A-list pop artist. This person will act as the primary liaison between the artist and all facets of their professional world, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently across music, touring, brand, press, digital, and personal domains. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes role that requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has a deep understanding of the music industry and what it means to work for an A-list star, and excels in managing both creative and logistical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the artist’s point person for all day-to-day business and scheduling matters

  • Maintain and manage the artist’s calendar, including travel, promo, sessions, shoots, meetings, and personal time

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams across labels, publicists, agents, business managers, attorneys, creative directors, stylists, personal staff, and more

  • Advance and oversee all logistical elements for press, brand, and performance engagements

  • Track and manage deadlines across deliverables, music releases, creative approvals, brand partnerships, and touring needs

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including call sheets, briefing docs, itineraries, and real-time updates

  • Occasionally, travel with the artist domestically and internationally to oversee execution on the ground

  • Understand and protect the artist’s creative vision, privacy, and well-being while keeping business priorities on track

  • Anticipate problems and provide proactive, strategic solutions

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in artist management

  • Bonus points for experience on tour and/or on Film/TV sets

  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high-profile personalities, and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Impeccable organizational skills, with a sharp attention to detail and follow-through

  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented in rapidly changing environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent the artist and management team professionally

  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

  • Deep familiarity with the music industry and a commitment to supporting creative careers at the highest level

  • Bonus points for background in fashion, branding, or digital strategy


Compensation: $95-130k DOE, bonus eligible.


Location: Los Angeles or New York-based (with frequent travel)


Schedule: Full-time, salaried. LA-based candidates are to be in the office at least 3 days a week, standard business hours. NY-based candidates will be remote while in NY and in person when traveling to LA. 24/7 MENTALITY IS REQUIRED.
