We’re seeking an Integrated Promotions Manager for a hybrid opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. In this exciting role, you’ll join our client’s team as a dynamic leader in the world of entertainment promotions. This role is pivotal in driving consumer engagement through innovative promotional strategies for upcoming show launches. You will be at the forefront of creating and executing multi-platform promotional assets, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences.

Integrated Promotions Manager Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of promotional assets across online, print, and event platforms.

• Manage legal components, including SOWs, sweepstakes, and contest administration.

• Collaborate with legal, development, and graphics teams to secure necessary approvals.

• Compile comprehensive program summaries, tracking, and imagery for promotional reports.

• Oversee the execution of promotions for a horror sci-fi, a comedy, and a drama, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in pop culture and social media, to enhance promotional strategies.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Integrated Promotions Manager Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in time and project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• A flexible, collaborative, and process-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing and promotions, ideally within the entertainment sector or agency environment.

• Proven track record in executing multi-platform consumer promotions.

• Familiarity with FX content and comfort with TVMA subject matter.

• Keen interest in pop culture and social media trends.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a strong project management background.

• Comfort with TVMA content and a willingness to engage with themes of horror, sci-fi, and drama (preferred).

• A passion for staying updated with entertainment and pop culture trends (preferred).
