About the Role & Team
To be involved in a wide range of PR and CSR activities designed to fulfil Disney’s publicity goals and social purpose strategy. A supportive role, assisting the PR and CSR functions, primarily supporting implementation of PR & CSR ongoing initiatives as well as support delivery of non-standard projects. The role would also include involvement in working on internal activities. All these would help build the skillset to lay the foundations for the future career working within PR overall, but also CSR and in employee branding.
We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.
What You Will Do
Provide support with the management and delivery of assets for use on all PR campaigns.
Support on appropriate publicity & comms activity around the activities delivered.
Help create briefs to send to partners and agencies.
Assist with CSR campaigns, including cooperation with hospitals and NGOs, managing approval & delivery of assets and gifts.
Shadow PR & CSR managers in meetings.
Manage finance trackers & CSR reporting.
Manage admin duties.
Proactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes.
Build links with other TWDC functions to develop broader knowledge of the business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Student of Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Nice to have: prior experience in PR / CSR / social media communications
Good organization and dedication to work.
Creativity and openness.
Interest in social purpose and communication with easiness to write texts.
People’s person, enjoying working with others.
Good written and spoken Polish and English.
