YouTube Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our content effectively reaches its target audience across platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and other video-sharing platforms. This position demands expertise in content distribution, analytics, and audience engagement to maximize the impact of our content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. YouTube Channel Management: Take charge of managing and optimizing Valuetainment's YouTube channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's objectives and audience interests.
2. Video Upload and Optimization: Upload videos to YouTube and other video-sharing platforms while optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for improved search visibility and audience engagement.
3. Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the YouTube audience by responding to comments, questions, and feedback, fostering a sense of community around Valuetainment's content.
4. Content Scheduling: Develop and maintain content schedules to ensure a consistent and timely release of videos, considering optimal posting times and audience behavior.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze video performance using YouTube analytics and other relevant tools, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance video reach and engagement.
6. SEO Strategy: Optimize video metadata and SEO strategies to enhance video discoverability on YouTube and other platforms.
7. Video Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote videos across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
8. YouTube Algorithm Updates: Stay updated with changes in YouTube's algorithms and best practices to adapt content distribution strategies accordingly.
9. Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow Valuetainment's YouTube subscriber base and increase video viewership across multiple channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing YouTube channels and content distribution, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices.
• A strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms and platform features.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and meet content scheduling deadlines.
• A passion for digital media, YouTube, and audience engagement.
