Vice President, Creative Studios & Brand Experiences
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is expanding its newly launched division, Creative Studios & Brand Experiences — a full-service creative
production arm focused on generating new business and maximizing revenue through innovative scenic, experiential, and branded environments.
This division serves the attraction and amusement industry, IP holders, the film industry, television studios, marketing agencies, and the broader entertainment and music sectors.
We seek a high-performing, revenue-focused Vice President to lead the division’s growth through proactive business development, strategic sales generation, and long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate combines a proven track record in revenue generation with deep experience in creative production, immersive entertainment, and branded experiences. This leader will scale the studio’s offerings while driving profitability through direct sales, strategic alliances, and innovative joint ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Serve as the primary revenue driver for the Creative Studios & Brand Experiences division.
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across key verticals, including themed attractions, live events, IP-based experiences, and branded environments.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value partnerships with entertainment studios, IP holders, artists, marketing agencies, and operators in the amusement and music industries.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Lead all aspects of client acquisition, including proposal development, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Identify opportunities for joint ventures, ticketed attractions, and recurring revenue-producing partnerships.
Division Leadership & Strategy
Guide the continued development and operational scaling of the division.
Define and evolve service offerings to meet client needs while maximizing profitability.
Build and manage a high-performing team that delivers best-in-class creative and production services.
Creative & Production Oversight
Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with creative vision, client expectations, and budget.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of scenic builds, immersive activations, and branded experiences.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Internal & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support internal Thirteenth Floor creative and scenic needs while ensuring external business remains profitable and prioritized.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development efforts with company-wide growth strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy within themed entertainment, creative production, or live experiences.
Proven track record of securing high-value deals with entertainment studios, IP holders, artists, and brand clients.
Strong understanding of production workflows, experiential design, and operational delivery.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build a business from the ground up with a strong focus on revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in licensing, joint ventures, or ticketed entertainment revenue models.
Background in immersive entertainment, branded content, or concert/festival production.
Networked across relevant entertainment, agency, and brand sectors.

This is a full-time salaried position located at our Denver headquarters
