Sound Off is seeking a versatile and visionary Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and bring our brand to life across digital, print, product, and event touchpoints.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in helping shape and execute the creative direction of the brand, developing standout design assets, and supporting everything from digital marketing materials to trade show visuals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a creative thinker who’s ready to collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and translate the CEO’s vision into beautiful, effective, and results-driven design.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping shape and execute the brand’s creative direction across digital, print, and event touchpoints.
  • Designing assets for marketing campaigns, social media, product materials, and branded experiences.
  • Designing assets for web and email campaigns, adapting creative for platform-specific needs while maintaining brand and campaign consistency.
  • Creating materials for trade shows and live activations that bring the Sound Off experience to life.
  • Developing visual concepts for new products and packaging, in collaboration with the CEO and Marketing Manager.
  • Ensuring high-quality execution and visual consistency across all brand channels.
  • Organizing and maintaining design files and assets to support efficient team access and ongoing reuse.

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital, print, and brand identity.
  • Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and working within brand systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing design files, assets, and version control.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within the marketing team, with leadership, and external partners.
  • Ability to independently source imagery and visual assets from internal libraries and approved platforms to support marketing initiatives.
  • Receptive to and able to incorporate art direction and feedback throughout the design process.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for WordPress or creating web-ready graphics.
  • Familiarity with email design tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Hubspot.
  • Experience creating assets for live events, activations, or trade shows.
  • Basic familiarity with video production workflows or collaborating with editors.
  • Experience designing in HTML

Reporting Structure and Logistics:The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Marketing Manager at Sound Off. This is a part-time role with an anticipated schedule of approximately 10-15 hours per week. The position offers flexibility, with a (hybrid, one day a week) blend of remote work and periodic in-person collaboration, depending on project needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 5 years (Required)
  • Adobe InDesign: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 5 years (Preferred)
  • WordPress: 3 years (Preferred)
