Role Description

This is an independent contractor remote role for Film and Screenwriting Mentors for the Big Apple Film Festival year round industry mentorship sessions, which take place virtually. The mentors will be responsible for providing guidance and support to aspiring filmmakers and screenwriters, offering expertise in scriptwriting, screenplays, producing, film production and directing.


Qualifications

  • Scriptwriting and Screenplays skills

  • Experience in Film Production, Development, Directing, Screenwriting

  • Strong Writing skills

  • Ability to mentor and guide aspiring filmmakers and screenwriters

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of the film industry and trends

  • Experience in film festivals or events is a plus

  • Degree in Film, Screenwriting, or related field


COMPENSATION: $75 per one hour session
