Creative Strategy Lead – Branding & Social Media

We're not looking for just another Account Manager. We're looking for a visionary. Someone who thrives in both creative and strategic roles, who can ideate with flair, lead with clarity, and bring bold ideas to life for our clients.

As our Creative Strategy Lead, you’ll be the bridge between innovative concepts and seamless execution. You’ll manage client relationships, guide brand direction, and ensure everything we deliver – from campaigns to social content – is sharp, intentional, and on-brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts with a creative-first mindset, managing day-to-day communication and building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Concept, refine, and direct visual content, campaigns, and branding projects across multiple industries - Many Top NYC Hospitality Clients.
  • Oversee creative development for social media, branding, campaigns, and activations.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to ensure high-quality, timely output.
  • Develop and pitch bold, original ideas that align with client goals and elevate their brand presence.
  • Keep projects organized and moving – ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met (and exceeded).
  • Stay on top of trends in branding, design, and social to keep our work cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Help shape internal creative processes and inspire the team with thoughtful leadership.

You Are:

  • A creative thinker with a strong design sense – not afraid to get hands-on with visuals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without losing the thread.
  • A natural communicator, great with clients and internally, who can distill ideas and feedback with ease.
  • Comfortable leading both strategy and execution – you can see the big picture and sweat the small stuff.
  • Agile, adaptable, and quick on your feet – we move fast and think forward.
  • Someone with 1+ years in a creative agency or similar environment.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have a background in design, art direction, or visual storytelling.
  • Know your way around tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
  • Have experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, or fashion brands.
  • Love thinking about brands not just as visuals, but as experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
