Job Title: Coordinator, Commerce

A little bit about our team:

The 10K Projects Commerce team is responsible for all aspects of digital streaming, digital download and physical sales to achieve the company’s revenue goals as well as helping to break new artists within commercial channels.

Your role:

This role will be a key support for our streaming and sales efforts across major digital service providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. This role involves day-to-day execution and communication with our distribution partners and internal teams to maximize streams and audience engagement. You'll be a vital part of our team, helping to optimize our presence on streaming platforms and drive success for our artists.

Here you’ll get to:

Ensure day-to-day administration of key subscription and ad-supported streaming partners including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora, SoundCloud, Fitness partners, Non-Traditional physical retail, and more
Maintain and regularly update artist/brand channels, profiles, pages, bios, imaging, streaming profiles and playlists across all streaming partners
Organize pitches for new releases to ensure our records are successful and marketed accurately
Collaborate with Warner Music Group's account management and operations teams to coordinate efforts at streaming and physical retail partners and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of new releases
Manage the setup and delivery of new releases to DSPs, ensuring all metadata, assets, and release dates are accurate and on time
Assist in pitching new music to editorial and playlist curators at DSPs
Track and analyze streaming data, identifying trends and insights to inform strategy. You'll assist in generating weekly reports on partner performance
Work closely with the digital marketing, A&R, and creative teams to align streaming strategies with broader artist campaigns
Serve as a point of contact for our distribution partners and internal stakeholders regarding streaming-related inquiries
Stay up-to-date with new features, algorithm changes, and best practices across various streaming platforms. In addition, you'll monitor competitive trends across the industry
Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
Attend after-hours events and meetings as necessary

About you:

1-2 years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on digital distribution or streaming services
A solid understanding of major DSPs, their platforms, and their respective ecosystems
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from platforms like Spotify for Artists or Apple Music for Artists
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
A passion for music and an understanding of the digital music landscape
Strong grasp of ever-evolving charts and rules
Excellent at time management and is able to strategically prioritize multiple projects at once while remaining detail and results oriented
Proactive self-starter with undeniable follow-up and follow-through
Critical and analytical thinker who is forward-thinking and flexible in their approach, and problem solves when making detours in the execution of a task
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Experience with Google Workspace
Excellent story telling skills- able to analyze and process data to present key, actionable takeaways to appropriate personnel

Salary Range

$17.95 to $23.50 Hourly

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
