TITLE: Animation Art Director

Production Company is based in Los Angeles but the role will be remote position. 

Genre: Action/Adventure/Sci-Fi

Seeking an Animation Art Director for a kids action series with sci-fi elements. The series is about five teens with a special ability to communicate with a fierce animal species. They are recruited into a secret program where, together, they battle invaders to save their world. The series is originally from overseas and is being remade for the global audience on streaming platforms. The expectation is to honor the original show with reuse of assets/sets from the original show, modify existing assets, and create new assets. The show is part live-action and part animation. This role is for the animation portion of the series.

Target Audience: 6-11yrs.

Position is expected to begin apx. June/July - until tentatively the end of the year. 

SUBMISSION

• Must have prior creative experience/work for sci-fi
• Must have previous experience in the Art Director Role on am Animated series or feature-length film. 
• Must have great organizational workflow and communication skills.
