Your Mission

Produce high-quality, strategy-aligned media that builds client authority, drives measurable engagement, and strengthens the Speakerbox brand through excellence in production and design.

Key Responsibilities

Create: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for podcasts, branded series, and campaigns.

Design: Collaborate on studio layouts that enhance storytelling.

Innovate: Explore AI tools, camera workflows, and new formats.

Collaborate: Work with creative, marketing, and client teams.

Manage: Coordinate shoots, files, and production timelines.

Market: Support Speakerbox’s brand with posts and BTS content.

95%+ of projects are delivered on time and within 5% of budget.
Clients rate your work with 90%+ satisfaction.
Workflows become 20% faster year-over-year.

Studio design lookbooks are up-to-date and client-ready.
Speakerbox Media’s content channels feature 3–5 weekly posts.
Hardware/software updates are completed within 48 hours.

Your Ideal Profile

2+ years in video production/editing (DaVinci Resolve required)
Experience directing on-set crews
Knowledge of lighting, sound, and post-production workflows
Eye for design and storytelling
Comfortable with both creative autonomy and client feedback loops
