Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships Business Solutions will provide leadership for the department’s revenue strategy, tracking and asset development. This role will oversee a team that manages asset inventory, pricing, and go to market strategy to maximize and optimize sponsorship revenue. This person will oversee all department data and analytical capabilities including CRM and 3rd party tools/resources. They will also be responsible for developing processes to organize and understand the business goals of both current and prospective corporate partners. These processes and insights will allow for the development of best-in-class marketing solutions for current and future partners.
This is a full-time position located at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead research projects to include but not limited to prospecting, competitive analysis and industry best practices.

Manage internal and external financial documents such as cost of deal analysis, department revenue reports, league reporting.

Oversee implementation and maintenance of CRM system

Oversee in-depth category analysis to identify key opportunities for new business.

Procure, contract, and manage relationships with information vendors such as SponsorUnited and Sponsor CX
-
Work with 3rd party vendors for sponsorship valuations and tracking
-
Regular interaction with data analytics team to compile the most up to date metrics to assist with new business and renewal efforts
-
Work with activation team to develop partnership activation concepts and activation strategy for potential or current clients along with insights provided by the corporate partnerships sales team.

Establish excellent interdepartmental relationships and work cross-department on partnership strategy development

Involved in weekly department meetings and be the corporate partnerships liaison to outside departments within the organization

Ability to evaluate inventory and create new inventory opportunities that includes pricing, platform development, and evaluation.

Manage one direct report including Corporate Partnerships Business Operations Manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Preferred minimum of five to eight (5-8) + years full-time experience in an agency, sponsorship sales, accounting, consulting, or data analytics

Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite products with advanced competency in Excel.

Knowledge of the sports industry or functions within a sports organization

Experience in project management

Ability to take initiative and work on multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity using data insight and analytic industry tools (Scarborough, social media analytics, etc.)

Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with receiving a project brief to then create partnership outlines and strategy.
