Regional/National Sales Assistant-Remote

Morgan Murphy Media has an exciting opportunity for a Regional /National Sales Assistant. This position will report directly to the Sales manager. This is a 100% remote job with responsibilities in Alpena & Marquette, MI. If you would like to work in the exciting business of Television Sales, this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain orders received from our regional & national advertisers
• Create and export reports from our traffic systems
• Create makegood offers for regional & national advertisers
• Regular communication with the Regional & National Sales Manager, with Regional/ National Agencies, and with other station departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize-Required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Required.
• Administrative support and 2-3 years’ experience preferred
• Broadcast Sales, media buying or agency experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline
