You’ll ensure campaigns are integrated, results-driven, and aligned across all platforms — with a core focus on offline, while working closely with the digital and synergy teams.

Your main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of media campaigns for Studios & Streaming content;

  • Provide media strategy support to cross-functional teams across multiple LOBs (approximately 8);

  • Ensure a holistic view of paid media with a focus on offline, but fully integrated with digital and synergy efforts;

  • Analyze and review tactical media plans to ensure KPIs (reach, frequency, TRPs) align with campaign objectives;

  • Manage the synergy inventory and ensure alignment across Owned, Shared, Earned, and Paid media;

  • Support and follow execution of offline media projects including OOH, branded content, sponsorships, and special actions;

  • Serve as the main point of contact with media agencies and external vendors;

  • Monitor negotiation packages and agreements to track usage, bonus placements, and reinvestments for maximum return;

  • Align with regional teams on media strategies and share best practices;

  • Create and review target audience studies based on research data from agencies to guide both offline and digital media plans.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields;

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Media Planning;

  • Solid knowledge in media strategy, research tools, trend analysis, and market insights;
