ROLE OVERVIEW:
The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly organized, talented Creative Project Manager to join the team at our brand consultancy, Robot. Hardwired with the SpringHill mission of empowerment, Robot is programmed to extend it to our partners through advertising and marketing support that spans campaigns, content, social, PR and experiences, both physical and virtual.

Reporting into the Director of Creative Operations, you will join a best-in-class creative team with capabilities in brand strategy, creative concepting, content production, and fashion design. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to work collaboratively with a team of creatives, strategists and brand managers, manage multiple large-scale projects, identify and communicate key milestones, and traffic deliverables. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and raising the bar on creative deliverables for our brand and our brand partners. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic and creative thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills with peers and leadership. A demonstrated background of driving highly creative brand, culture, entertainment, design, or media projects is a must for this candidate.

REPORTS TO:
Director, Creative Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the lifecycle of various creative projects including brand strategy, integrated campaigns, video productions, and creation of graphic packagesLead creation of timelines, budgets, and team task assignments

Create and manage project documents including strategy, proposals, plans and recap documents in collaboration with creative team

Schedule internal and external meetings, create agendas, circulate notes and tasks

Collaborate with Creative Operations team on creative staff resourcing and planning for projects

Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across all projects, keeping internal teams updated on project developments and creative deliverables

Coordinate with full-time and freelance creative and strategy staff to ensure assignments are understood, and deliverables are met within specified deadlines

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure priority projects meet creative team standards and are delivered within agreed-upon timelines

Serve as the point of contact for assigned projects to ensure the project is running successfully and field any questions or issues that arise

Represent the creative team at meetings, and clearly communicate updates to cross-functional teams

Recommend project workflow processes and improvements while adapting and modeling a continuous improvement culture

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of production/project management experience in a creative department or creative agency

Excellent time management skills, organization skills, and the ability to quickly switch gears between various competing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems across multiple projects

Ability to drive forward multiple projects across multiple work streams successfully

Ability to receive and run with specific direction and take initiative to provide creative alternatives when met with a challenge

Excellent attention to detail. Highly self-motivated & team-oriented

Passion for art, culture, sports, or entertainment required

Bachelor’s degree in related field
