Luminate Film & TV (Luminate F&TV) is the leading entertainment data solution that provides verified, timely, and accurate metadata around people, projects, and companies that work in the global entertainment business.
The TV & Digital Data Entry Assistant will work closely with the Director of TV Research and other colleagues to make sure that the metadata for TV and streaming digital projects is complete and accurate in the Luminate F&TV database.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect and enter data for TV and streaming series by studying programming resources across the web.
- Collect and enter data on episode guides for TV and streaming series by reviewing end credits in content.
- When necessary attaching talent: directors, writers, producers and actors to a project record and ensuring proper representation of talent.
- Assist with data scrub initiatives based on direction from the manager.
- Research and add DEI data to talent records as required for accurate representation across our website.
- Contribute to quality assurance for the implementation of website enhancements.
- Support Luminate Film & TV's collaboration with its clients and data partners.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from an accredited college or university.
Must have excellent written and verbal skills and a very high attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be available to work full time during Los Angeles business hours.
Must have a high technical aptitude and working knowledge of internet and software applications, especially spreadsheets.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.

Our base salary for this position is $25hr ($52,000) . We consider your skills and experience, what similar jobs pay at companies of our size, and ensure fair pay among colleagues. Final base salary offer amounts are determined by factors including your experience, skills, and expertise. In addition we are proud to offer additional perks and benefits that contribute and complete our total compensation package. Luminate reserves the right to change our compensation bands at any time.
Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
