You will join a team of passionate and highly collaborative artists helping us bring life, creativity and depth to an iconic DC world.

You will have the opportunity to take artistic ownership of assets and use your passion and ideas to push the game to new heights throughout every part of the production process.

We love detail and visual storytelling and have a drive to make our worlds as rich and as diverse as possible.

Responsibilities:

· Create industry leading material and texture assets that creatively and technically raise the project’s visual bar.

Be comfortable and proactive communicating across teams and departments in a friendly and open manner.
Fully understand the projects tool pipeline/game engine and confidently report issues & improvements.
Continue to develop the skills of yourself and those around you to maintain a world class quality.

Requirements:

Strong Portfolio with examples of:

Use of substance designer to generate texture assets.
A diverse range of approaches for asset texturing
Tiling texture and material generation.
1 to 1 mapping.
Material layering techniques
Use of 3D software to create texture assets

Be a positive, active, and contributing team member.
To be proactive and helpful with ad-hoc problem-solving.

Must be a team player and know the importance of listening to others.

Must be detail oriented with an extremely high bar for the quality of delivery.

Bonus Points:

A passion for playing and developing exceptional games.
A background in traditional environment art
Experience with a full project cycle, working within technical budgets and experience of optimisation and bug fixing.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
