    • Collaborate with influencers and fan accounts to amplify content reach.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay ahead of social media trends, K-pop culture shifts, and platform algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and viral.
    • Research competitor content and emerging creators to inspire innovative ideas.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track content performance using platform analytics (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights) and tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
    • Provide weekly reports on engagement metrics (views, likes, shares) and suggest optimizations to improve performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, artist management, and A&R teams to align content with release schedules, tours, and brand campaigns.
    • Partner with external creators, choreographers, or stylists to produce high-impact content for major releases or events.

2) Qualifications:

  • Qualification:
    • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
    • Strong storytelling and visual aesthetics, with an eye for K-pop’s vibrant and dynamic style.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
    • Excellent time management and ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
    • Deep knowledge of K-pop culture, including fan trends, idol group dynamics, and fandom terminology (e.g., biases, comebacks, lightsticks).
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Comfortable filming and editing on mobile devices for quick-turnaround content.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to cover live events, comebacks, or fan interactions.
