What You’ll Do
We are looking for an Producer, Live Production to assist our Live Production team in the planning and execution of live shows and events for Men in Blazers Media Network. This person should be a naturally creative individual, who is self motivated, incredibly organized who possesses the ability to craft and design events surrounding the world of soccer.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the planning and execution of live shows across the enterprise
- Coordinate with Technical Production to determine and deliver the necessary equipment to put on the show
- Support the live production team by managing the logistical and administrative tasks needed to keep a project on schedule and within budget
- Provide operational support to audio, video, and lighting teams to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of all show elements.
- Support pre-event rehearsals and on-site technical run throughs
- Coordinate crew lists, schedules, and arrange travel and accommodation for crew, ensuring that all necessary parties have information on location, call times, accommodations, etc.
- Coordinate Talent travel to and from the live show, ensuring that all necessary parties have information on location, call times, accommodations, etc.
- Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on project status, progress, and issues.
- Liaise closely with the Live Events team to ensure effective cross-communication
- 3+ years of experience in live shows, preferably working in remote production environments and in-person events on the road
- Bachelor's Degree communications, live video production, or a related field.
- Strong technical experience in live show audio, video, and lighting.
- Background in production management, specifically the ability to juggle multiple timelines at once to deliver a timely production
- Excellent attention to detail in any project you complete.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Media Encoder.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a live show/theater environment.
- Ability to travel for days at a time across the United States, and potentially the United Kingdom.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
