Job Summary:
This position requires you to be based in the Disney office in Hammersmith 4 days a week.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
To support the Creative Ops Manager and wider D+ teams across EMEA and the US in the project management and operational execution of creative marketing campaigns.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Ops Manager and team across EMEA Originals marketing campaigns.
- Creative Ops point person for EMEA Originals, working with Regional, Local and Global
- Supervising campaign project workflows ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
- Create, implement, and manage localisation schedules of marketing campaign assets, overseeing the end-to-end localisation process.
- Responsible for ensuring correct planning tools and operational processes are in place to execute projects.
- Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
- Coordinate and input to creative approvals across EMEA Originals workstream. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams.
- Monitor and track Creative approvals from our UK Creative team, and local market teams, routing these to correct approvers.
- Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.
- Update makelist with new briefs, ensuring all relevant & correct information is present.
- Ensure producers/ designers are supplied with the content/ information they need to execute the brief.
- Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects to marketing/PR/Social teams in UK and local EMEA markets.
- Attend campaign briefing meetings.
- Attend and coordinate project meetings.
- Provide status updates in EMEA and US meetings.
- Keeping all EMEA markets and new starters up to date on EMEA Originals tools, workflows, and processes.
- Maintaining EMEA Originals AirTable base.
- Contribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.
The Experience We Require From You
- Experience working in Media/Entertainment industry in marketing operational role.
- Proven experience at Supervisor level, ideally within a multi-territory production environment
- An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process
- Working knowledge of creative localisation workflows and practises
- Experience of working with schedules.
- Ideally with digital/ DTC, broadcast, or creative agency background.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in working with brands.
- Proven experience of working with multi territory teams.
- Proven experience managing executive level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
