Job Summary/Description:
KOLO/Gray Media is seeking a friendly, positive, self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to the sales department and perform front desk reception duties. This individual must thrive in a team environment, have a strong work ethic, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must also be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work culture.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Front Desk Reception
- Support to Sales Management, Sales Staff, and Business Office, including: Copy/Traffic/Order Entry/ and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed
- Assist with research, traffic/copy, and programming functions within the sales department
Qualifications/Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this position is an organized multitasker.
- They are detail-oriented problem solvers, and they can learn new things quickly.
- This person thrives in a fast-paced work environment and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely.
- The position requires attention to detail for data entry and experience in Microsoft Office products.
