Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

In this role as Sales Coordinator within our theatrical distribution team, you will manage day to day sales and operational activities for our movies which are distributed to cinemas in Italy.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the theatrical distribution industry. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our movie releases, ensuring that audiences have access to the latest and greatest in cinematic entertainment.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week. This role is a fixed-term parental leave cover for approximately 6 months with a target start date beginning of June.

What You Will Do

  • Management of the release plan (the pivotal document for managing the national movie releases) at various stages, depending on the sequence of movie titles

  • Technical/Operational support to the cinemas

  • Keeping our internal system up to date (we are using various Disney internal systems for which you will get an onboarding)

  • Provide operational and administrative support for contract management (from generation to contract signing)

  • Support other lines of business in organising screenings for their clients

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • First experience in a similar position

  • Initial exposure the theatrical business and its dynamics is highly desirable

  • Experience in sales and account management

  • Experience in reporting and systems management

  • Proficient in Excel and the MS Office Suite

  • High system affinity with an ability to learn new systems fast

  • A technical/operational understanding of how theatrical content management works will be beneficial

  • Full fluency and effective communication in both Italian and English is essential

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a focus on promptly finding solutions

  • Great attention to details
