101 Studios is seeking a highly organized, discreet Assistant to the CEO in Los Angeles. This role will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international commercial and private travel, handle high-volume calls, and provide executive and personal support. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel and driving support are required.
