Job Description
We are a staffing agency seeking a Part Time Temp/Temp to hire Bookkeeper for our client a Top Entertainment Business Management Company. This is an in person, in office position. Candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have prior bookkeeping experience
.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General bookkeeping
- Bill paying
- A/P and A/R
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Administrative duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- General Ledger
- Phones
- Calendar management
- Additional tasks and special projects as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- MUST have bookkeeping experience. Entertainment Business Management, Banking, or Real Estate experience is highly preferred
- Must have excellent computer skills including QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Must be detail oriented and have a high level of accuracy
- Must be enthusiastic
- Must have stable work history and excellent references
Salary:
Up to $35.00/hour DOE
