Job Description

We are a staffing agency seeking a Part Time Temp/Temp to hire Bookkeeper for our client a Top Entertainment Business Management Company. This is an in person, in office position. Candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have prior bookkeeping experience

.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • General bookkeeping
  • Bill paying
  • A/P and A/R
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports
  • Administrative duties
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • General Ledger
  • Phones
  • Calendar management
  • Additional tasks and special projects as needed


Skills and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • MUST have bookkeeping experience. Entertainment Business Management, Banking, or Real Estate experience is highly preferred
  • Must have excellent computer skills including QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Must be detail oriented and have a high level of accuracy
  • Must be enthusiastic
  • Must have stable work history and excellent references


Salary:


Up to $35.00/hour DOE
