Job Description
About GCA
GCA is the talent management division of Genflow, which manages and builds businesses with the world's leading creators. We represent a selective roster of leading creators across fashion, beauty, fitness, tech, food, lifestyle, and finance, building full stack representation around them: brand partnerships, content strategy, and long term career infrastructure.
The Role
Advertising already lives inside content. Brands build their biggest campaigns around creators, and the agencies that understand that best are the ones shaping where budgets and culture move next. This role leads that work across the GCA roster.
The job is creative and commercial at once. It means understanding a brand's ambitions as well as its own marketing team does, and knowing exactly which creators and which concept turn that ambition into a campaign worth remembering. It means treating the roster as a single creative resource, building concepts that bring multiple GCA creators together around one brand idea, and pitching those concepts as fully formed partnerships.
This person builds and owns direct relationships with the brand and agency leaders who control creative and marketing direction, develops concepts with them from the earliest stage, and leads every partnership through to signature and delivery.
Essential Functions:
- Build and own relationships with brand and agency marketing leaders, positioned as a creative partner.
- Develop cross-roster campaign concepts that pair multiple GCA creators with a single brand idea.
- Lead the pitch, negotiation, and close of every partnership you develop.
- Structure partnerships across the full range of creator formats and models, from single campaign integrations to long term ambassador relationships.
- Work with talent managers to ensure every concept reflects each creator's brand, audience, and creative direction.
- Track the performance of partnerships and use that data to sharpen future concepts.
- Build a point of view on where brand advertising is heading and keep GCA ahead of it.
Competencies:
- Creative strategy and concept development.
- Senior level relationship building.
- Negotiation and deal structuring.
- Roster level, cross-creator thinking.
- Commercial and cultural fluency in the creator economy.
Required Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or creative strategy roles within talent, entertainment, or advertising.
- A track record of developing and closing brand partnerships.
- An existing network of brand and agency relationships.
- Strong instincts for pairing brands and creators, and for building a concept a brand wants to fund.
- Understanding of creator commerce, including how creators build value across brand deals, content, and product.
- Talent management background is an asset.
- Confidence presenting ideas to senior brand and agency leaders.
