Hidden Empire Film Group (HEFG) is seeking a highly organized, proactive Chief of Staff to support CEO Roxanne Taylor in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include executive scheduling, communications, research, presentations, project management, meeting follow-up, travel, production support and cross-functional coordination. Requires 3–5 years of entertainment industry experience, strong judgment, discretion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours required.
