About the Role
We are looking for a classically trained, full-stack Commercial Director to lead the visual identity of our premium DTC portfolio. Our clients are innovators in the E-mobility (Ebikes), 3C Tech, Smart Home Appliances, and Fitness Equipment sectors.
We need a filmmaker who doesn't just "capture footage" but understands how to engineer a visual narrative that sells high-ticket, high-tech products to the North American market. You will own the entire pipeline—from the first script draft to the final color grade.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Execution: Lead the creative process from concept ideation and storyboarding to on-set directing and high-end post-production (editing, sound design, and color).
Technical Visual Storytelling: Masterfully showcase complex product features (e.g., Ebike motor performance, smart home automation, mechanical fitness engineering) through cinematic visuals.
Lifestyle & Action Directing: Expertly handle high-energy outdoor action shoots (Ebikes/Fitness) and sophisticated, lighting-critical interior scenes (Smart Home/3C).
Performance-Driven Creativity: Collaborate with Growth Marketing teams to translate performance data into creative iterations, ensuring every asset maximizes ROAS without sacrificing brand aesthetics.
Asset Optimization: Tailor content for a multi-platform ecosystem, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and high-production OTT/CTV commercials.
Qualifications (Strict Requirements)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field. A solid foundation in film theory and production rigors is essential.
Experience: 3-5+ years of professional directing experience, with a robust portfolio featuring Hard Goods, Consumer Electronics, or Automotive categories.
Technical Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
Deep technical knowledge of cinema camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony FX) and advanced lighting techniques for product textures.
Market Insight: A deep understanding of the North American DTC landscape, consumer psychology, and digital-first advertising trends.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
