This role supports publicity efforts by helping manage show assets, drafting press materials, coordinating talent travel and services, tracking budgets and invoices, and maintaining calendars and press lists. It also assists with planning and executing press events, coverage reporting, and day-to-day departmental coordination.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
- Help manage show asset needs, including photos, clips, loglines, bios and headshots.
- Draft press materials including releases and media alerts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for talent.
- Coordinate glam services for talent.
- Help track invoices and show budgets.
- Assist with planning, staffing, logistics and talent and media relations for press events, including Upfront, Comic Con, TCA, junkets, photo shoots, press trips, festivals, premiere event carpets, awards show carpets, etc.
- Participate in department brainstorms and PR department meetings.
- Maintain and update various department and team calendars with ongoing publicity activities.
- Organize press mailings.
- Update and maintain press contact lists and editorial calendars.
- Compile show campaign coverage reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years; Organization skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working in entertainment publicity, with an understanding of the entertainment press, trends, and social media.
- 1+ years.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- 1+ years; Ability to communicate with high-profile individuals (actors, producers, press, etc.)
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X).
- Above 3.0 GPA at an accredited University.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good judgement and ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Must be able to work weekends, nights as required for events.
- Skilled with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1st round with Hiring Manager and Director
- 2nd round with Director and Coordinator
- 3rd possible round with VP.
- Sourcing in CA - Ivy Station.
- Hybrid role - 3-days on-site.
