As we grow, we’re hiring a Social Creative Producer to lead real-time, platform-native storytelling and help define the next era of brand-building through content.
Role Overview
You’re a born maker. You shoot, edit, and post with speed and style. You know what’s going viral before it does. You can turn nothing into something, filming BTS one day, chopping up interviews the next, and delivering trend-reactive content on the fly.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Studio, Strategy, and Production teams to translate cultural insights into scroll-stopping creative content that earns attention, not asks for it.
This is an on-site role in Los Angeles, embedded within the energy of our studio.
This role is laser-focused on creating for DANG’s owned channels: that includes the Office of the CEO and COO, the company brand page, and select creative support across client work when needed. You’re highly autonomous, self-managed, and energized by a collaborative team that moves fast, experiments often, and plays in the overlap of culture and content.
Key Responsibilities
Create at the Speed of Culture
You are the hands-on creative force bringing ideas to life across short-form video, reactive content, and platform-native storytelling.
● Own end-to-end content creation: ideate, shoot/film, edit, and publish across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and IG Stories.
● Execute rapid-turnaround content at the speed of culture using phone-based workflows and lo-fi tools.
● Capture IRL footage, behind-the-scenes, trend-reactive moments, and daily creative experiments.
● Repurpose long-form content into punchy micro-formats with platform-first edits.
● Maintain a consistent creative pipeline, ready-to-go folder systems, and publish-ready deliverables.
Social Systems & Channel Building
● You’re not just making content, you’re building momentum across DANG’s brand presence and infrastructure.
● Support publishing systems for multiple DANG-owned channels, helping scale reach and engagement.
● Collaborate with strategy, design, and ops to build repeatable systems and content rituals (series, formats, cadences).
● Stay on top of platform trends, memes, audio shifts, and cultural signals and recommend how DANG should play.
● Help develop channel-specific storytelling styles and tone, including experimentation with new features and formats.
● Organize content banks, maintain archives, and assist in setting up performance dashboards (in partnership with team leads).
What We’re Looking For
● 2–4 years experience in social content creation, editing, or design
● Proficient in shooting and editing short-form vertical video (iPhone, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
● Deep understanding of short-form social platforms, trends, and storytelling mechanics
● Strong aesthetic judgment and visual style, with fluency in culture-forward content
● Comfortable working solo or embedded in small agile teams
● Bonus: Skills in Figma, Canva, motion graphics, photography, or meme-making
● Bonus: Experience with lifestyle, gaming, fashion, or Gen Z–focused brands
