CLD PR & Experiential Productions is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Production Intern to support our team across upcoming brand events, activations, and experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the fast-paced world of event production within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space.
These internships are for an immediate start, and applicants must be based in or near the Los Angeles area. This opportunity provides interns with an inside look and experience in the entire PR event process, from early planning and preparation to execution and post-event wrap-up.
This is an in-office opportunity based in Los Angeles and offers hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals within a fast-paced fashion, beauty, and lifestyle public relations and experiential productions agency.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Event Production Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to the excitement of bringing high-profile events to life. This hands-on internship allows you to support the team through every stage of event production, from prep and setup to on-site execution and breakdown. You’ll see firsthand how creative ideas turn into seamless experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Interns will gain real-world experience in event logistics, production coordination, and teamwork, while developing essential skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving. This role is physically active and requires the ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and assist with setup and breakdown throughout production days.

We are looking for motivated, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Interns will work 1–3 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, for a duration of 2-4 months.
This internship provides academic credit for any students who may be interested. It’s an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain practical experience in event production and the PR industry.
Expectations of an Ideal Candidate
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Able to work independently and as part of a team during event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Strong work ethic with a serious interest in pursuing a career in event production, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot on-site production challenges
- Team-oriented with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Computer literate with familiarity in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, blogging)
- Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
- Some exposure to events, production, fashion, or public relations preferred
- Having a vehicle for pick-ups/drop-offs to event locations is a plus (but not required)
- Must have a laptop for internship use
