What You'll Do

  • Own and manage an exceptionally complex, ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring the CEO's time is strategically protected and optimized.
  • Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel, including private aviation, with flawless attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications, priorities, and executive access with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, board members, high-profile clients, and key external partners.
  • Orchestrate executive meetings, board engagements, presentations, and special events from planning through execution.
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise, proactively solve problems, and seamlessly manage competing priorities in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring critical initiatives move forward with precision and efficiency.


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite or CEO-level executives.
  • Experience within a large entertainment, media, or other creative organization is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to pivot effortlessly in a high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
