About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO while also assisting with our professional athlete clients in a concierge-style capacity. This entry-level role puts you at the center of the action managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.


The ideal candidate is flexible, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats. You must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Clear communication and a “get-it-done” attitude are essential.


We’re looking for Los Angeles-based candidates with an interest in sports who are ready to be an integral part of a dynamic, high-energy team.


What You’ll Do

• Support the CEO with day-to-day operations, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

• Plan and execute travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, restaurants, and other concierge-level needs to CEO and clients

• Assist professional athlete clients with high-level support, ensuring all details are handled seamlessly.

• Monitor and stay up-to-date on major sports leagues, entertainment, and music trends to provide context and insights when needed.

• Draft, proof, and send professional communications on behalf of the CEO or clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and PR platforms to manage schedules, projects, and media relations tasks.

• Engage with social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook) as needed to support client and company initiatives.

• Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.


What You’ve Done

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA

• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting a CEO, executive, or high-profile individual

• Strong knowledge of major sports leagues (NFL, NBA, UFC, Olympics) and current trends in entertainment and music

• Skilled in managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling detailed travel and logistics

• Hands-on experience with booking flights, hotels, restaurants, and providing high-level concierge support

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with PR platforms like Muck Rack and Influencer Intelligence

• Social media savvy across Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook

• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Maintains professionalism and discretion, especially when working with talent or sensitive information

• Brings a positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and collaborative mindset
