A fast-paced, high-level executive in media, investing, and entertainment is seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support both professional and personal priorities. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader at the intersection of business, content, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and high-touch communications with senior executives, talent, and partners
  • Handle travel planning and logistics (domestic & international)
  • Assist with inbox management and drafting correspondence
  • Prepare materials for meetings, events, and speaking engagements
  • Support personal logistics including reservations, appointments, and errands
  • Help coordinate events and small gatherings as needed
  • Act as a gatekeeper and problem-solver across all areas of the executive’s life

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in an EA/PA or similar high-touch support role
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure; able to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be asked, you anticipate
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
  • Willingness to work an irregular schedule
  • Ability to utilize appropriate AI platforms to aid in day-today operations

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting executives in media, entertainment, or startups
  • Strong aesthetic sense / ability to help with presentations or materials

Details:

  • Location: Flexible, some in-person/travel required (as needed)
  • Salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience
  • Start Date: June 1
