Walton Isaacson, LLC’s (“WI”) is in search of a Media Assistant. This role provides administrative support to our media operations across multiple clients and new business. The Media Assistant will track advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping. In this role, you must be well-organized with strong research skills and an eye for detail.

  • Help media planners and buyers develop, execute, and monitor media plans.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other paperwork as needed.
  • Create and monitor media campaigns.
  • Ensure billing procedures run smoothly working across agency disciplines (i.e., Finance)
  • Conduct research to collect useful media data (e.g. MRI Simmons, Nielsen, IAB, additional agency tools)
  • Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media partners.
  • Take on planning and buying tasks as assigned by the Media Planner and Buyers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. Major in Advertising, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience working with MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good research skills along with a keen eye for details.
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.

The hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
