Summary

Tombstone Collectibles is seeking a versatile, fast-moving Graphic Designer to serve as the visual engine behind our live sports card breaking broadcasts, retail brand, and social presence across Tombstone Rips and our Spanish-language sister brand, Tumba Coleccionables. Reporting to the Director of Production and working alongside the Production Manager and Manager of VIP Experience & Brand Content, this designer owns the look and feel of everything that appears on screen and in market — from real-time broadcast graphics and thumbnails to printed collateral, apparel, and logo treatments. This is a hands-on production role for a designer who is genuinely current on AI-assisted creative tooling and can turn a rough idea into finished, on-brand assets in hours, not days. The ideal candidate blends strong fundamentals in composition, typography, and motion with the speed, adaptability, and volume tolerance that a daily live broadcast operation demands.

Key Responsibilities

Broadcast & On-Air Graphics

– Design and animate fly-in graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and full-screen overlays for live streams across Fanatics Live, Loupe, Whatnot, and eBay Live.

– Build and maintain reusable overlay packages, scene templates, and animated elements optimized for the vertical 9:16 broadcast canvas as well as standard 16:9 formats.

– Produce and edit short on-air video content clips — hype reels, product spotlights, break recaps, and promotional stingers — for use during and between streams.

– Turn same-day requests from production and on-air talent into finished broadcast assets on tight timelines.

Social & Thumbnails

– Create scroll-stopping thumbnails and title-card graphics for scheduled streams, replays, and social posts across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

– Cut, caption, and package short-form video clips in CapCut for daily social distribution across both the Tombstone Rips and Tumba Coleccionables brands.

– Adapt assets across brands and languages, maintaining distinct but consistent visual identities for each channel.

Print, Apparel & Brand Collateral

– Design print-ready materials — flyers, signage, packaging inserts, event collateral, and retail-floor graphics — with correct bleeds, color profiles, and production specs.

– Create apparel and merchandise artwork, including t-shirt designs and other branded goods, prepared to vendor specifications for screen print and DTG production.

– Perform logo manipulation and lockup work — recoloring, resizing, co-branding, and adapting the Tombstone and Tumba marks across formats while protecting brand integrity.

Brand Standards & Asset Management

– Uphold and extend the Tombstone visual system — the western, gilded aesthetic, approved color palettes, and typography — across every deliverable.

– Maintain an organized, versioned library of source files, templates, fonts, and exported assets so the team can reliably locate and reuse work.

– Collaborate with production and content leads to translate campaign goals and stream themes into cohesive visual concepts.

– Other duties as assigned.

Tools & Technical Proficiency

This role requires current, working proficiency — including the AI-assisted features — across the following tools:

– Adobe Photoshop (including Generative Fill and current AI features) — compositing, retouching, thumbnail and key-art production.

– Adobe Illustrator (including current AI features) — vector artwork, logo work, apparel and print design.

– Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, animated overlays, fly-ins, and on-air video elements.

– CapCut — fast-turnaround short-form video editing and captioning for social.

– Canva — rapid templated collateral and cross-team asset handoff.

Performance Deliverables

– Consistent, on-time delivery of daily broadcast graphics, thumbnails, and social clips supporting the live stream schedule.

– A maintained, current library of overlay packages and reusable templates that reduce turnaround time on recurring needs.

– Print and apparel files delivered production-ready, with minimal vendor revisions.

– On-brand visual output that strengthens viewership, engagement, and brand recognition across both Tombstone Rips and Tumba Coleccionables.

Qualifications

– Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with current command of their AI-assisted tooling.

– Working proficiency in CapCut and Canva for fast-turnaround video and collateral.

– A portfolio showing strength across static design, motion graphics, and print/apparel work.

– Solid fundamentals in composition, typography, color, and layout.

– Print-production literacy — bleeds, resolution, color profiles, and vendor file prep for print and apparel.

– Proven ability to manage high volume and same-day deadlines without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.

– Strong communication and the ability to take direction and iterate quickly in a live, fast-paced production environment.

– Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, given Tumba Coleccionables content needs.

– Interest in or familiarity with sports cards, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus.

Physical Requirements

– Able to work on-site at the Las Vegas studio during scheduled hours, including some evenings and weekends aligned to the broadcast calendar.

– Able to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.

– Able to occasionally lift and move materials, props, or printed collateral up to 25 pounds.
