Head - Ad Sales (Branded Content) will lead the development and execution of high-impact, revenue-driving brand partnerships at Hustle Magazine . This role sits at the intersection of editorial, commercial strategy, and creative innovation, responsible for building long-term relationships with global advertisers and delivering custom, insight-led partnership solutions that align brand objectives with Hustle Magazine's cultural influence.


Key Responsibilties:

  • Drive revenue through digital-first and social sponsorships, branded content integrations, and cross-platform campaigns.
  • Own and grow strategic relationships with key brand partners, agencies, and senior decision-makers
  • Lead end-to-end partnership development including ideation, pitching, negotiation, execution, and renewal
  • Design bespoke, multi-platform partnership solutions spanning digital, video, social, experiential, and emerging formats
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, strategy, production, and insights teams to ensure brand-safe, high-quality executions
  • Translate client objectives into compelling storytelling and culturally relevant campaigns
  • Manage and exceed revenue targets while ensuring profitability and long-term partnership value
  • Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign insights and recommendations
  • Stay ahead of market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategy
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to team growth and best practices


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or social ad sales, ideally within a publisher, agency, or content studio environment
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, custom partnerships with global or blue-chip brands
  • Strong understanding of editorial-led storytelling and branded content
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-expectation environment
  • Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for media, culture, fashion, luxury, technology, or entertainment


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, automotive, tech, or financial services brands
  • Familiarity with Condé Nast titles and audience ecosystems
  • Global or multi-market partnership experience
