Job Responsibilities
• Build the script team for DramaBox’s overseas AI‑driven long‑form dramas and feature films, and consistently deliver high‑quality AI drama and feature‑film scripts primarily targeting the US and South‑Korean markets.
• Establish training and management systems for the script team, formulate methodologies and process standards for overseas AI‑generated long‑form scripts, and take full ownership of script quality.
• Source and onboard high‑quality domestic and international screenwriters, and build the content ecosystem for overseas AI‑driven dramas and feature films.
• Lead the screening and incubation of high‑quality domestic and international IPs. Develop season‑based dramas, anthology series and franchise formats from the script stage, and build branded thematic AI cinematic universes.
Job Requirements
• Seasoned screenwriter or film‑&‑TV producer with proven completed long‑form drama or feature‑film credits. Years of hands‑on experience in developing or writing domestic & international long‑form dramas or feature films, with in‑depth knowledge of US and Korean drama storytelling.
• Educational background in screenwriting or film‑&‑television writing overseas, with solid understanding of Hollywood screenwriting frameworks and paradigms.
• Possess well‑honed creative methodologies and strong story‑development capabilities. Enjoy mentoring others, capable of guiding teams to deliver scripts, and excel at cross‑functional collaboration.
• Result‑oriented, resilient under pressure; comfortable with occasional cross‑time‑zone communications.
• Excellent English proficiency, with profound understanding of Western cultural contexts and audiences.
• Embrace AI technologies, with genuine passion and practical insights into AI‑assisted content creation and production.
