Sabrina Zohar is a leading voice in relationships and personal development with 5.1M followers across social platforms, a top 0.05% ranked podcast globally, and a forthcoming book with Penguin Life launching October 2026. Her business, Do The Work LLC, includes online courses, a highly-ranked podcast, and a social media presence that reaches millions weekly.
Despite significant reach and influence, brand partnerships and commercial revenue remain significantly under-monetized. Current annual revenue from podcast sponsorships and brand deals is approximately $400,000, generated entirely through existing network relationships and selective inbound opportunities - with no dedicated outbound prospecting effort.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an in-house talent manager who can build a strategic outbound revenue engine from the ground up. Someone who sees $400k in current revenue with 5M+ followers and immediately recognizes the massive packaging and positioning opportunity that's being left on the table.
This isn't about managing what already exists. This is about transforming how the business approaches brand partnerships, systematically going after the right opportunities, and delivering 2-3x revenue growth in year one.
What You'll Own
Strategic Outbound (90-95% of the role)
- Identify, research, and prioritize target brands that align with Sabrina's positioning and audience
- Develop compelling pitch strategies and partnership packages across multiple touchpoints
- Proactively build relationships with brand decision-makers, agencies, and media buyers
- Close five and six-figure deals across podcast, social, email, speaking, and integrated campaigns
Full Revenue Cycle Management
- Negotiate contract terms and deal structures
- Handle contracts (with legal support available for complex deals)
- Own invoicing and accounts receivable - ensuring timely collections
- Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast quarterly revenue
Partnership Packaging & Strategy
- Create integrated 360° partnership opportunities (podcast + social + email + events)
- Develop book tour monetization strategy (sponsors, venue partnerships, brand activations)
- Position opportunities that enhance rather than dilute brand integrity
- Build repeatable systems for outbound prospecting and relationship management
What You're NOT Doing
- Managing inbound requests (we turn down ~90% of inbound as misaligned)
- Maintaining existing relationships that flow through our network
- Community management or content creation
- General administrative or operations work
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years closing brand deals for creators, talent, or media properties
- Proven track record securing five and six-figure partnerships through outbound prospecting
- Deep understanding of deal structures across podcast advertising, social partnerships, speaking fees, and integrated campaigns
- Experience managing full deal lifecycle: pitch → negotiation → contract → collection
Required Capabilities
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or media buyers in wellness, lifestyle, or personal development space
- Demonstrated ability to identify partnership opportunities and craft compelling outbound pitches
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with complex deal structures
- Self-starter mentality - comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on accounts receivable and collections
Success Profile Someone who can look at current state ($400k annual revenue, massive reach, zero outbound effort) and build a systematic approach to 2-3x that baseline in year one by:
- Building a target list of 50-100 priority brands
- Developing templated pitch frameworks for different partnership types
- Maintaining active outreach to 20-30 prospects at any given time
- Closing deals with strong payment terms and following through on collections
- Creating repeatable processes that compound over time
Compensation Structure
We offer a base salary as a bridge during the business development and pipeline-building phase, with significant commission upside tied to collected revenue above a minimum threshold.
The structure is designed to reward material growth beyond the current baseline while providing stability during ramp-up. Specific terms discussed during interview process based on experience and proposed approach.
What Revenue Counts
Revenue you personally source and close:
- Podcast sponsorships and advertising
- Social media brand partnerships
- Email sponsorships
- Speaking engagements and paid appearances
- Book tour sponsors and brand activations
- Integrated 360° brand campaigns
Excluded from your revenue calculation:
- Direct-to-consumer sales (book, products, event tickets)
- Institutional revenue (YouTube AdSense, podcast platform deals)
- Existing contracts or deals closed by others
Work Environment
- Remote position working directly with Sabrina and Ryan (business partner/operations lead)
- Independent work style - you own your pipeline and prospecting approach
- Access to legal support for complex contracts
- Collaborative on strategy and positioning, autonomous on execution
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- $800k - $1.2M in collected revenue from deals you source and close (2-3x current baseline)
- Strong pipeline of ongoing brand relationships and repeat partnerships
- Successful monetization of October 2026 book launch tour
- Systematic outbound prospecting process that's repeatable and scalable
- Values-aligned partnerships that enhance brand integrity
