Talent & Brand Coordinator
Tomlinson Management Group is a boutique talent management agency representing leading voices in beauty, fashion, and entertainment. We specialize in high-touch management, strategic brand partnerships, and long-term career development for a curated roster of talent and creatives.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and culturally plugged-in Talent & Brand Coordinator to support talent relations, brand partnerships, social media initiatives, and day-to-day agency operations.
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands both relationship management and digital culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within a modern luxury agency.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day communication with talent, brands, PR teams, and agency partners
- Assist in coordinating campaigns, brand partnerships, events, gifting, and shoots
- Track deliverables, contracts, timelines, approvals, and campaign assets
- Help manage agency and talent-facing social media initiatives
- Monitor industry trends, creator landscape, and brand opportunities
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel, and logistics as needed
- Maintain organization across internal systems and client communications
- Support founder and senior management with operational and administrative tasks
- Help ensure all client interactions reflect the elevated, personalized experience TMG is known for
Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience in talent management, PR, influencer marketing, beauty, fashion, or entertainment
- Strong understanding of social media and creator/influencer culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional, polished, and solutions-oriented
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools preferred
- Passion for beauty, culture, fashion, entertainment, and luxury brands
