About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Art Director / Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals to support our team across pitch decks, presentations, branding, campaigns, and other creative initiatives. The ideal candidate has exceptional typography and layout skills, can organize complex information into compelling visual stories, and is excited to work across a wide range of projects.

This is a great opportunity for a designer ready to grow into a leadership role — someone who can balance hands-on design execution with emerging creative direction skills. You'll collaborate closely with senior art directors, associate creative directors, creative directors, and cg teams to bring brand stories and pitches to life, and to solve business challenges through creativity with measurable results.

Our hybrid model gives you the flexibility to do focused design work from home while staying connected to the creative team in person for brainstorms, critiques, and collaborative sessions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and lay out pitch decks and presentations, organizing complex information into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Support the development of visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives
  • Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for digital, social, print, and email channels
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into compelling visuals
  • Present design concepts to senior creative staff and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
  • Assist in art directing photo/video shoots when needed
  • Collaborate with creative directors on treatments that effectively outline creative concepts for client pitches
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, adhering to company protocols and standards
  • Stay current on design trends, techniques, technologies, and AI tools to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and pitch sessions

What You'll Bring

Required:

  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and presentation design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Exceptional typography and layout skills, with the ability to organize complex information into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Solid understanding of color theory and composition
  • Knowledge of printing processes
  • Working knowledge of AI design tools
  • Ability to take creative direction and iterate quickly based on feedback from supervisors and leads
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • Illustration, branding, and storyboarding skills
  • Familiarity with Figma and other digital design workflows
  • Familiarity with brand identity systems and style guides
  • Basic motion graphics skills, including Cinema 4D (C4D) or After Effects — a bonus, not an expectation

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid flexibility — structured in-office collaboration paired with remote focus time
  • Mentorship from senior creative leadership with a clear growth path toward Art Director
  • Collaborative, feedback-driven creative culture
  • Competitive salary, health benefits, and paid time off
