The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Digital Production Artist to join our Creative Team and help bring digital-first marketing campaigns to life for our select-service travel, hospitality, and leisure clients.
⚡ What You'll Be Doing
- Creative Execution: Translate creative concepts and design briefs into platform-ready digital assets (static, animated, video paid social ads, and programmatic display banners).
- Multi-Format Adaptation: Adapt and resize creative across formats/specs for Meta, Google, programmatic display, video, and emerging platforms.
- Asset Production & Optimization: Produce creative with strong marketing messaging, strategic photo selection, and copy; prep, export, and optimize final production files ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and color.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with designers (US/UK), media strategists (US), and account teams (US) to deliver on schedule.
- Process & Trends: Maintain organized file structures and version control while staying current on digital ad specs, best practices, and industry trends.
🎯 Key Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital production or graphic design (agency experience is a plus).
- Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of animation tools preferred (Jitter, Bannerify, After Effects, Premiere).
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with creative requirements and best practices for paid media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, display).
- Precision & Detail: Keen eye for QA, visual consistency, layout alignment, and technical accuracy; fast, process-oriented, and highly organized.
- Location: Denver based. (Copywriting, marketing, or travel/hospitality experience is a plus!)
