Through our subsidiary, Pure Mosaic Services, we provide label services that help artists, churches, and ministries successfully release and grow their music. Our services include marketing strategy, release planning, distribution, project management, digital advertising, and artist development.


Position Overview

The Marketing & Label Services Manager is responsible for leading the execution of marketing campaigns while coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Pure Mosaic Services.


This individual serves as the primary point of contact for many of our artists and clients, ensuring marketing initiatives, music releases, and label services are executed with excellence, accuracy, and care.


Approximately 70% of this role focuses on marketing strategy and campaign execution. The remaining responsibilities support label services operations, including release coordination, artist onboarding, distribution preparation, project management, and administrative workflows.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing creative marketing with structured project coordination. This role bridges strategy and execution, helping clients experience exceptional service while ensuring projects remain on schedule.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Create and present marketing plans and social media strategies for artists, churches, ministries, and label services clients.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Run client onboarding meetings, campaign kickoffs, and ongoing strategy meetings.
  • Develop content calendars, campaign timelines, and release marketing plans.
  • Assist clients with messaging, audience growth, content strategy, and brand positioning.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate freelancers including designers, editors, photographers, and videographers.
  • Help oversee the Pure Mosaic Records and Pure Mosaic Services brand presence across digital channels.

  • Label Services & Release Coordination

    • Coordinate music release timelines from planning through delivery.
    • Prepare and quality-check release assets, metadata, and required documentation.
    • Coordinate distribution deliveries and communicate with distribution partners.
    • Assist artists with DSP profile management and collection society registrations.
    • Coordinate artist onboarding into Pure Mosaic Services.
    • Maintain release calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate contracts and documentation prepared by legal counsel.
    • Maintain organized artist records, release folders, and client documentation.


    Project Management & Administration

    • Manage project timelines using Asana and other project management tools.
    • Coordinate communication between artists, clients, contractors, and internal team members.
    • Track deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule.
    • Generate campaign performance, sales, and operational reports.
    • Help improve internal systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
    • Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Train and coordinate interns, freelancers, and contractors as assigned.
    • Represent Pure Mosaic Records and Pure Mosaic Services with professionalism, integrity, and a servant-hearted attitude.


    Qualifications

    Required

    • 2+ years of experience in music marketing, artist management, label services, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of the Christian music industry.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Workspace, and project management software such as Asana.
    • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
    • Comfortable balancing both creative marketing work and detail-oriented administrative responsibilities.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively solve problems.


    Preferred

    • Experience working for a record label, music distributor, management company, or marketing agency.
    • Experience with music distribution platforms and release management.
    • Familiarity with metadata, publishing administration, royalty collection, and DSP management.
    • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
    • Experience coordinating freelancers or small teams.

    Work Environment

    • Full-time position based in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
    • Primarily in-office during standard business hours. A limited hybrid schedule, including up to one remote day per week, may be available based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs.
    • Occasional evening or weekend responsibilities surrounding major releases and events.
