We create digital series - including Track Star and Public Opinion - that connect with large audiences through human storytelling about culture and how the world works. We are building for the future of digital media: creator-led, audience-first, and designed to resonate across platforms. 


The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager who can effectively capture and communicate the Public Opinion and Track Star offerings through innovative, client-facing materials. Primarily focused on pre-sale integrated marketing, this position also provides opportunity to support our creative agency and brand projects as needed - a meaningful part of our next phase of growth. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sale integrated marketing for inbound RFPs and proactive paid media partnerships
  • Develop proposals - alongside our sales and creative team - that are strategic, ambitious, and visually impactful
  • Translate briefs into client-ready decks, one-sheets, and case studies grounded in our shows, talent, and holistic platform
  • Pull and transform audience and engagement data into insights-led media recommendations
  • Create brand marketing materials for Public Opinion and Track Star editorial tentpoles and events
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms for co-branded and white-labeled content
  • Work with our production team to build and maintain P&Ls for custom programs


Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of marketing experience - social, creative agency, or media company background is a plus
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and command of a proposal-deck construction, including compelling writing and design
  • Skilled in Google Slides and Photoshop, alongside working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma
  • Keen understanding of social media platforms and trends, including what accelerates engagement
  • Ability to transform a creative concept and analytics into a commercially viable strategy
  • Desire to learn and collaborate
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing simultaneous deadlines 
  • Passion for culture, music, and human storytelling

The base salary range for this role is $80-$100K, and reflects our good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
