About you:

• 2nd Year+
• Strong Transactional experience
• Corporate / M&A experience would be a benefit
• Exposure to Media and Entertainment matters would be advantageous but isn’t a pre-requisite
• Experience from an Leading Am-Law Firm
• Excellent academic background
