Every great show has a team making sure it actually happens. At The OTR Podcast, that could be you.
We’re a young team of founders building a talk show with interesting guests and real stories, and we need an organised, proactive person to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
No experience needed. We’ll teach you every tool and process, from scheduling and outreach to managing projects. You bring the reliability and the hunger to grow. This is an Unpaid opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Research and shortlist guests, then reach out to them professionally
- Schedule interviews and manage guest communication from first message to publish day
- Coordinate each episode from recording through editing to release
- Keep our calendars, trackers and shared documents organised
- Build simple systems and checklists that help us grow
- Support partnership outreach and our charity commitments
You might be a fit if you
