About the Role:
- This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*
Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead for assigned platform partners across CTV, Smart TV, connected devices, and emerging platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with said partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and execution throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Lead business reviews, performance updates, and strategic planning sessions
- Support the company’s proactive growth efforts
- Support the negotiation of distribution agreements with platform partners, representing the company priorities, in close collaboration with our Business & Legal Affairs team
- Ensure the ongoing compliance with our contractual obligations, while continuously identifying and mitigating risks
- Identify, pitch, and execute growth opportunities with existing and new partners by leveraging platform features and functionality (e.g., in app-billing, feed integrations, new platform capabilities)
- Analyze funnel performance and recommend and execute optimization strategies
- Develop and deliver partner facing and internal presentations around strategic initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering to optimize the user experience from discovery to retention and support integration and launch of platform-driven features (e.g., live feeds, multiview)
- Monitor the competitive landscape and produce reports and analysis on changes, to help develop business cases around partner opportunities and investments
- Ensure the alignment of all teams, both internal and external, that are involved in the various projects
- 5+ years of experience in platform distribution, partnership management, or business development Experience in streaming media, digital or traditional media, subscription business, DTC or technology platforms highly preferred
- Strong understanding of OTT ecosystems, app stores, connected TV, and device distribution
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data
- Experience with data tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and SQL preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment, with lots of shifting priorities
- MBA preferred, or equivalent years of real world relevant experience
