Job Description

Please apply if able to start by May 4th

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Post-Production Coordinator to help drive our post workflows and keep our projects moving on time and on track. This role is the connective tissue between our editors, assistant editors, graphics team, sound, color, and production leadership.

You don’t need to come from a post-production background—but you do need to thrive in fast-paced environments, love building order out of chaos, and have a natural instinct for keeping people accountable to deadlines.

If you’re the type of person who color-codes calendars, follows up before anyone asks, and gets a strange sense of satisfaction from a perfectly executed schedule… you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage post-production schedules across multiple shows and teams
  • Coordinate workflows for 10+ editors, assistant editors, and post vendors
  • Track project progress, flag risks early, and proactively solve bottlenecks
  • Act as the central communication hub between editorial, production, and leadership
  • Ensure all deadlines (internal and client-facing) are clearly communicated and met
  • Maintain and update project management systems (including **BigTime or similar tools)
  • Organize deliverables, milestones, and approvals across multiple concurrent productions
  • Keep documentation, calendars, and tracking systems clean and up to date
  • Follow up relentlessly (but professionally) to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with a lot of personalities
  • Highly deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they happen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (BigTime experience is a plus)
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and stay calm under pressure

Bonus Points

  • Background or familiarity with post-production workflows
  • Experience coordinating creative teams or managing schedules in media/production
  • Understanding of editorial, graphics, color, and sound finishing pipelines

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to keeping our entire post-production pipeline running efficiently. You’ll directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality content on time—across multiple shows, teams, and deadlines.

What Success Looks Like

  • Editors and teams always know what they’re working on and when it’s due
  • Deadlines are consistently hit (or adjusted early with clear communication)
  • Bottlenecks are identified and resolved before they become problems
  • Leadership has full visibility into post progress at all times

Salary Range $55,000-$75,000, Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, and more.
