You will help set the tone, build the right relationships, and translate cultural vision into real execution. This includes talent curation, partner development, operational leadership, and shaping the external perception of Antibound. You will work closely with the Founder's on strategy, priorities, and long-range direction while owning day-to-day movement and accountability.

  • Lead talent and guest curation across programming, activations, and cultural moments
  • Build and manage outreach systems for talent, collaborators, and strategic partners
  • Serve as a spokesperson and representative of AntiBound in meetings, on-site, and in public-facing contexts

  • Collaborate with marketing to guide brand voice, positioning, and cultural narrative
  • Partner with brand partnerships to shape integrations that feel culturally aligned and talent-safe
  • Oversee coordination between production, programming, and talent operations to ensure clean execution
  • Build early internal processes for approvals, scheduling, communications, and partner management
  • Identify and onboard key external vendors and cultural collaborators (production, creative, talent support)
  • Help recruit additional team members as the company grows
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, discretion, and trust across talent environments
  • Track key relationships, commitments, timelines, and deliverables using lightweight systems
  • Support deal flow and partner conversations from initial outreach through close
  • Help develop the internal “culture code” for how AntiBound operates, communicates, and moves
  • Ensure execution stays consistent with brand standards, tone, and cultural credibility
  • Be present on-site for key moments and ensure talent experience is protected and consistent
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems in real time and keep momentum moving
  • Contribute to long-term planning across programming, partnerships, and growth

  • You are respected in rooms with talent, managers, and executives and know how to move with discretion
  • You’re comfortable being the face of a brand, leading conversations, and representing the company publicly
  • You have strong taste and judgment and know how to spot what will resonate culturally
  • You’re organized enough to run execution, not just relationships
  • You can balance creative instincts with operational discipline
  • You communicate clearly and keep teams aligned without overcomplicating things
  • You can operate at high speed and high pressure while staying calm
  • Los Angeles-based or able to be in LA frequently
