Prime Time Producer

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop element-driven monologues using multiple editorial sources.
• Produce correspondent and guest segments from concept through execution.
• Build element-driven content using video and graphics.
• Write banners with strong attention to detail.
• Be able to assist line producing live broadcasts using ENPS.
• Manage rundowns and segment timing.
• Support live control room execution.
• Coordinate with anchors, editors, and graphics teams.
• Contribute editorial ideas and research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years in TV news production.
• Experience producing live television news broadcasts.
• Segment production, control room and line producing experience needed.
• Experience working in ENPS or similar newsroom systems.
• Strong editorial judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and collaborative approach.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and creatively under pressure.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in our New York City office.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, overnights, holidays, and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
